Your email is stored with our email service provider, FluentCRM, who process it on our behalf. Please see their privacy policy for details on their safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from emails with one click. If you're in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure and portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

All designs, coloring pages, text and images on this site are owned by SOFT INK PRESS and protected by copyright. When you download a free or paid page, you may:

Print it for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Print multiple copies for yourself, your family or your classroom.
Share or display the artwork you color in.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute or share the original PDF files.
Use our designs in your own products for sale.
Claim our designs as your own work.

Free downloads

Free pages are offered as-is for personal use. We may add, change or remove free pages at any time.

Links to other sites

Our site links to Amazon and our payment provider. We're not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its update date.

Refund Policy

What to do if something isn't right with your purchase.

The short version: paperbacks bought on Amazon follow Amazon's returns policy. Digital PDF downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered - but if there's a problem with your file, we'll always make it right.

Paperback books (Amazon)

All our paperbacks are sold and shipped through Amazon. Returns, refunds and shipping issues are handled under Amazon's standard returns policy — please use your Amazon order page to start a return or contact Amazon support.

Digital PDF downloads

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned, PDF purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. By purchasing, you agree to this.

That said — we want you to be happy. If you experience any of the following, contact us within [e.g. 14] days and we'll fix it or refund you:

The file is corrupted or won't open.
You received the wrong file.
The download link didn't work.

Note for EU customers: for digital downloads, you may be asked to waive your 14-day withdrawal right at checkout so the file can be delivered immediately. This is standard for instant digital goods.
